Hi There I am an adult CHD (born with ToF, full repair aged 16 months). I am now 37 years old, but ?can I be considered young?
Would love to share my story, I have a blog which you are welcome to view, although the focus of my blog is more my life journey rather than specific to my heart.
Something fun for all involved with the support group.
Directions to the Support group room
Directions to the Support Group room When you look at the front entrance to Sutter Memorial Hospital look to the building on the right called building C with the ramp to the entrance. Between the street and that building is a parking lot that enters from the street. You may park there free. The formal address of the building is 5271 F Street. Please call Alexia at 916-541-2141 with any questions. This is my cell phone and I will have it with me the evening of the support group
